Fresh-faced Lauren Goodger steps out without make-up or her lip fillers in Essex
The former TOWIE star kept it very casual as she popped out with a friend
SHE’S been feeling a lot happier since having her lip fillers taken out – which appear to have also done wonders for Lauren Goodger’s overall confidence as well.
In a rare candid moment, the reality TV star was snapped out and about in her native Essex looking fresh-faced and make-up free.
She was also dressed down in leggings and a fitted long-sleeved T-shirt, with her long brunette locks tied up in a bun on her head.
Her lip-fillers were also noticeably absent after she had them removed last month after she’d regularly plumped up her pout for the last five years.
Speaking to the Mail Online, Lauren said: “2016 was the year to get my lip fillers removed after nearly 5 years of constant top-ups. I have lovely full natural lips so it’s finally time to embrace them.
“This year I am really looking after my body and health so this was the natural and the right decision for me for where I am in my life and career.
“I last had filler twelve months ago, but I always get accused of having more, so I wanted to prove to everyone now that I’m completely filler-free now.
I’m sick to death of people making comparisons between me and people like Pete Burns!”
“I couldn’t wait to get it done.”

And she recently warned fellow Essex girl Chantelle Houghton about the perils of having her lip enhanced and warned her not to go overboard.
Speaking in her new! magazine column, the ex-Towie star expressed concern for her fellow Essex girl after she was filmed having the painful procedure done at Amy Childs’ salon.
Lauren wrote: “A lot of people have criticised Chantelle Houghton after footage emerged of her getting filler injected at Amy Child’s salon.
“I loved my lip fillers when I had them done a few years ago, so I can see why Chantelle was tempted to have the procedure herself.
“Whatever your point of view, it’s her choice and I’m sure she’ll be pleased with her results.”
