Jeremy McConnell lined up for Ex On The Beach… but filming abroad clashes with Stephanie Davis’ due date

PARTY boy Jeremy McConnell is set to bring his explosive love life back to television screens around the country following his stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

MTV bosses are reportedly “desperate” to snap him up for the next series of Ex On The Beach, which is expected to film abroad throughout September, causing a potential clash with ex Stephanie Davis’ due date.

A show insider told the : “MTV were desperate to get Jeremy on board. His party boy ways and social media rants made him top priority. Obviously they wanted Stephanie Davis at first but now she’s pregnant there’s no chance.”

Steph, who initially revealed she was due to give birth to their child in January, has since learned she is actually further into her pregnancy than she first thought.

Although the exact due date isn’t known – it’s believed it could be as early as September if the pair were to have conceived in the Celebrity Big Brother house like reports suggest.

She recently revealed her plans to film the birth in case Jeremy isn’t present.

The actress told OK! Magazine: “I like the idea of a water birth but I’ve heard you can’t have an epidural with that.

“As it’s my first time I’ll be wanting as much pain relief as I can get. I want to film the birth just in case Jeremy sorts himself out and wants to see what it was like.”

Despite Jeremy insisting her isn’t the father, Steph added: “He is 100 percent the father. He wanted a baby with me… he knows he’s the dad.”

Discussing Jeremy’s potential new TV show, a source close to Steph also told the publication she wouldn’t “lower herself” to appear alongside him.

They revealed: “She loves watching shows like that but to actually go on one is another matter. She wouldn’t lower herself.”
