STACEY Solomon has laughed off a cruel jibe comparing her and best pal Sophie Hinchliffe's parenting as baby Rex was spotted not wearing a coat.
The 31-year-old star chuckled after receiving the message - saying that after 13 years of motherhood, if her kids refuse to dress warmly then she'll "let them freeze".
Stacey and pregnant Sophie, who is also known as Mrs Hinch, enjoyed a sweet outdoor reunion in the 2.5 acre garden of Stacey's new home last night.
They documented the evening on their Instagram stories, including videos of their two boys playing together as they are also close friends.
Ronnie, who is 22 months, is Sophie's first child, whereas Rex - 23 months - is Stacey's youngest.
And one of Stacey's followers couldn't help but notice the differing parenting between the two stars - with Ronnie wrapped up warm against the elements, and Rex not wearing shoes or a coat.
They messaged the mother-of-three: "I mean this in a nice way, but first child wrapped up in a winter coat and third child no coat or shoes. True reflection on parenting."
Luckily, Stacey saw the funny side, laughing as she shared a screenshot of the message and explained: "True story. I remember when Zachy was little and I was really good.
"Not a day went by where I didn't go out without a coat, shoes, a snack if he needed it - anything. Then you know what it's like…
"The next one and you're like: 'Ugh, I'm not arguing with you if you don't want to wear a coat, go out and freeze if you want to'.
"…Then the third one, you're lucky if you get them dressed let alone shoes and a coat!"
She then shared a selection of beaming snaps of Rex and Ronnie together, adding: "And all that really matters is they're happy."
Stacey was just 18 years old when she gave birth to first son Zachary, who is now 13, and is also mum to eight-year-old Leighton.
Meanwhile, the TV favourite was thrilled to spend quality time with Sophie yesterday, sharing a sweet snap from their pretty garden party.
