EVELYN Ellis was left less than pleased after being snubbed by the object of her affection, Alex Cannon.
The Aussie 21-year-old has never been shy when it came to trying to win her man over, and it appeared that she finally may have succeeded after going in for a kiss on Monday.
However, despite their budding new romance finally appearing to get some legs, Alex dashed Evelyn's dreams once more on Wednesday's show after he won a three-course meal - and decided instead to choose to take along Jason Burrill and not her.
He later tells Hughie that she was his second choice but felt that Jason needed it more and had such a hard time.
Evelyn then let out her rage in the Diary Room and said: "Well, obviously he's made the wrong decision and I should've been picked to dinner.
"I knew he wouldn't pick me as well. I just knew he wouldn't pick me. I was just like 'yup here it goes'."
She then complained that her embarrassment was only made worse when she was egged on by her housemate best friends Laura and Jackson.
She added:"I was 'Oh ok...great. Could this be more awkward?
"And honestly Jason doesn't even eat. I'd be surprised if he got past the entree."
Not bitter then, Evelyn?
Later on Jason and Alex went to the dinner together, and Jason jokingly said: "Just so you know, I don't f*** on the first date!"
Alex laughed and added: "I guess I chose wrong then, didn't I?!"
The pair have been playing will they/won't they with their feelings for the past few weeks, with Evelyn openly feeling stronger for him than he does for her.
In one desperate bid for his affections, Evelyn got help from Jackson to pack herself into a suitcase, before Jackson presented her to him.
Evelyn and Alex have secured their place in the final next week alongside Hughie Maughan, Sam Giffen and Jayne Connery.
Jackson Blyton, Laura Carter, Jason and Andy West are now all up for the public vote - with the housemate who receives the most nominations being evicted on Friday's live show with Emma Willis.
