SUMMER is on the way - and that can only mean one thing, perfecting your poses for those all-important Instagram snaps.
While we may be stuck at home for now, our favourite reality stars are giving us inspiration with their latest look: the poolside push up.
From Molly-Mae Hague to Zara McDermott, and a whole host of other Love Island favourites, the pose is sweeping its way through Instagram.
Putting their ample assets on show, whether that be protruding peaches or impressive chests, stars are using it to work their best angle.
It couldn't be simpler, so long as you've got a pool to dive into - requiring the subject to place two hands on the edge and push out of the water.
And provided you haven't over-indulged too much in lockdown, it couldn't be easier to pull the pose, locking your elbows to show off your upper body strength.
It doesn’t matter whether you choose to do it facing the camera, side-on or from behind, they all look flattering.
The mermaid-reminiscent pose has been racking up hundreds-of-thousands of likes already - and summer hasn't even arrived yet.
Molly-Mae Hague was photographed pulling the pose while holidaying at an exotic villa, as Zara donned an animal-print bikini for her take on the pushup.
Focusing on her perky behind, fellow Love Island star Gabby Allen was seen sporting the pose while taking a chilly break among the mountains.
Looking out onto the snowy peaks, the star locked out her elbows in signature style to take part in the trend.
Meanwhile, Kady McDermott faced forwards in a lemon-coloured swimsuit for her busty shot, fixing a sultry stare towards the camera.
Adding to the list of Love Island stars pulling off the pushup, Georgia Harrison donned a tight, white swimsuit for her Instagram snap.
While Love Island 2020 star Eve Gale left little to the imagination in her shot, with a tiny thong-style string bikini as she enjoyed a late night dip in Dubai.
Chloe Ferry pulled the same pose as she took a break to Thailand, looking at the sunset over the Indian Ocean.
Kylie Jenner has even been spotted using the poolside pushup, allowing her long, dark hair to dip into the water behind her.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who has over 227million Instagram followers, was showered with millions of likes for the sultry snap.

Forget boobs, for a time the hip bone became the most fashionable body part thanks to the craze for high-leg swimwear.
Women on beaches all over the world were seen adopting the pose, which involves exposing the hips and the sexy crease between the thigh and the hip, and it was a huge hit with curvier celebs to showcase what nature blessed them with.
Plus-sized model Ashley Graham was the trendsetter for the viral hip cleavage pose and Kim Kardashian was even a devotee.
Barbie feet

Barbie’s impressive pins have been envied by women the world over - so it's easy to see why this one was so popular, as it gives the illusion of never ending legs and it’s one of the easiest ones to perfect.
It basically involves stepping onto your toes, pointing your feet as if you have high heels on, just like the famous doll, and flexing your muscles a little bit.
It was adopted by petite celebs like Kourtney Kardashian and snaps were typically taken on the beach in swimwear or aboard a yacht.
The Bambi

Beloved by the likes of Love Island star Megan Barton-Hanson and former I’m A Celeb winner Vicky Pattison, The Bambi is inspired by the classic Disney movie and was such a huge hit, it even had its own Instagram account.
To get it right, you need to kneel down on the floor with your thighs over your calves - like a cute baby deer.
From here, you can mix it up a bit by either leaning back, putting your hand on your hip or stretching up in the air.
Not to be outdone, model Bella Hadid went one step further though and lay back on a patch of grass for a Full Body Bambi.
The Plandid

This one gets its name from a hybrid of the words 'planned' and 'candid' and the whole point is that it’s meant to look like the celeb has just been snapped off-guard, even if they’ve spent hours carefully arranging it.
The most popular place for The Plandid snap was near a swimming pool with either one or both hands in the air.
Other shots include staring sideways into the distance or a classic hair flick.
Love Island star Olivia Buckland is an experienced Plandid Poser, while Made in Chelsea star Lucy Watson is also a fan of this one.
