Towie's Chloe Lewis and Kate Wright certainly needed a cool down after working out on the hottest day of the year.
Despite the weather, the pair didn't neglect their fitness regime as they lifted weights while filming the reality TV series.
Temperatures climbed to a shocking 33.5C in some parts of the country.
But Chloe, 25, and Kate, 24, didn't seem to be too bothered and showed off their tanned toned bods as they squatted and stretched.

Kate revealed her taut abs and tummy piercing in a pair of low-slung black leggings.
The beach blonde's tight crop top also showed off her impressive bust as she hauled around a medicine ball.
Chloe had her hair pulled back into a neat plait and donned a pair of light grey leggings, accentuating her enviable legs.
The brunette beauty tied a hoodie around her hips as she grabbed a pair of dumbbells and lifted them with ease, showing off her flat stomach.
She was later seen doing a few squats before they both sat down for a bit of a chat.
The pair have just returned from filming Towie with the rest of the cast in Mallorca.
On a recent episode Kate Wright broke down in tears after revealing she'd split from co-star Dan Edgar.
She confessed: “We went to Mexico and we had the most amazing holiday but… you know it just felt like we were friends."
However they ended up spending the night together after bumping into each other in a nightclub.
