Towie’s Fran Parman reveals she’s lost two-and-a-half stone since being bodyshamed by trolls
TOWIE'S FRAN Parman has revealed that she's lost two-and-a-half stone since being bodyshamed by cruel trolls last summer.
The 29-year-old star shed the weight in just eight months after she was targeted with online abuse following her return to the ITVBe show.
Taking to her Instagram page, the Essex beauty shared two snaps of herself showing off her trimmer figure while posing on the street.
She wore a brown and white mini-dress with cut-out detailing, which she teamed with white heels.
Her dark hair is styled into glamorous curls, and Fran kept her make-up low-key as she soaked up the sunshine.
Her tanned legs are on display and look toned, but the star admitted in the post's caption that she's "lost muscle" due to gyms being shut for much of the year.
Fran wrote: "Lost two and a half stone now guys 💃💃 I also have unfortunately lost my muscle too due to not being able to weight train in lockdown.
"I’m very open about my journey and what my next steps are to become the best healthy version of myself so this is why I’ve posted these images, you can see I’ve lost my weight but now it’s time to gain muscles."
Last month, Fran hit out at online trolls as she posed in the same dress that triggered an onslaught of nasty messages in the summer.
She had put on more than three stone while caring for her elderly grandfather during the first lockdown, and was targeted for her size when she returned to The Only Way Is Essex in August following a two-year absence.
Fran reflected on the incident in March, sharing one of the photos that saw her get targeted and writing: "The amount of abuse I got on this day was not ok. No one knew my story, everyone judged and was quick to bring me down just over a dress.
"I was so sad on this day but I look back and thank you for the trolling.

"The mean words I bought to light and the amount of women that have come forward and messaged me is honestly so beautiful to see the support we have for each other.
"It doesn't matter what size you are and thank you for all the women that made me believe I was beautiful this size regardless of the trolls.
"Yes I've lost weight, but that's because who I feel, more comfortable as a person. It shouldn't matter what size you are it's who the person is that matters."
She has since overhauled her diet, ditching sugar to return to her trimmer frame in a matter of months.
