Inside Dragon’s Den star Duncan Bannatyne’s stunning Portugal home after he sells £5m villa

DRAGON'S Den star Duncan Bannatyne has moved in to a stunning new home in Portugal after selling his £5million villa.

The entrepreneur - who has wealth amounted to £300million - took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the glamorous new pad with his fans.

Duncan, 72, snapped away as he took a look around his new home, showing off a gigantic living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.

"Moving in day," he captioned a picture of the space, which leads out onto a large balcony perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

The businessman told fans he was currently unpacking his things and re-arranging the furniture, which was leaning against a bookcase and wall.

Taking the day to move in, Duncan then returning to social media hours later to reveal the final product.

"Chilling in the new house," he wrote under a snap of himself sitting on the sofa in the glamorously decorated living area.

The spacious room was complete with grey rugs, a glass table and a large white couch for him and his wife Nigora.

On the balcony, two more couches could be seen, overlooking the stunning views of Portugal's beautiful coast.

After fully moving in, Duncan returned to Instagram to show off the finished product.

Duncan and Nigora spent much of last year at their previous £5million villa, also in Portugal, due to lockdown restrictions.

The couple were married in 2017, making Nigora his third wife after Duncan previously wed Gail Brodie in 1987 and Joanne McCue in 2006.

The businessman only returned to London briefly in May 2020, a few weeks after placing many of his staff members at The Bannatyne Group on furlough.

Duncan was left stranded in London when lockdown began and spent six weeks staying with friends after moving to Portugal permanently.

He told fans he had "repatriated" back to Portugal with his wife following the UK lockdown.

"I have repatriated myself & my family back to my home in Portugal after being locked down in London due to bad timing," he wrote on Twitter.

"Luckily I had friends that gave me a place to stay in London but it is good to be home.... Lockdown will start to ease this Monday."
