Charlotte Crosby uses a dangerous sunbed and uploads picture to Snapchat, despite her young following
The reality star was seen to promote the use of the deadly tanning beds
CHARLOTTE Crosby was seen to promote the use of dangerous sunbeds today on her Snapchat, despite the fact that the majority of her fans are young people.
The 26-year-old reality star, uploaded a picture captioned “Freckle ATTACK off the sunbed” apparently after a session on the controversial tanning devices.
Sunbeds have been directly linked to increasing the risks of skin cancer, both malignant melanoma and non-melanoma, due to them giving out doses of UV rays greater than the midday tropical sun.
And according the NHS, people who are under 25 and frequently exposed to these rays are at greater risk of developing skin cancer later in life.
For influential and well-loved reality stars such as Charlotte, seemingly promoting the use of sunbeds puts a dangerous message out to fans in their teens and early twenties.
