June Sarpong reveals the cruel reality of being single at 39
The Loose Women star said she felt discriminated by society for not having a boyfriend
SINGLE lady June Saprong has confessed she feels judged by society for not having a boyfriend.
The Loose Women presenter spoke out on the daytime show as the panel discussed whether women were perceived differently if they weren't parents.
While the bubbly presenter, who has no children, denied this was the case in her experience, she told host Coleen Nolan: "I don't think I'm judged for not having children I think I'm judged for being single.
"I think they think 'Oh, is she a bunny boiler? Is she mad mad?'
After bursting out laughing she cheekily added: "And I say yeah, I'm a bunny boiler."
Panelist Nadia Sawalha then quizzed the ex E4 host if she faced questions about her genuine happiness about not being a mum just yet.
June said: "No, not yet.
"I think it's one of those, I'm at a funny stage, and I hope I do have children, but I'm at a stage where that's not as big a thing yet.
"But I get it (social reaction) much more from 'ohhh, what's wrong with her?'"
