Will we ‘sea’ Helen Flanagan back on the Cobbles as star shows off post-baby figure fit for Corrie vixen Rosie
Actress strolls with baby Matilda but is she be marching back to the Cobbles?
CORRIE star Helen Flanagan’s on easy street as she strolls on the shore with baby Matilda.
And the former Corrie star could be set for a return to the ITV soap, after it was claimed bosses were considering a move to tempt her back.
Helen, who celebrated daughter Matilda’s first birthday last month, was pictured cuddling the tot as she strolled the sands in Newquay this week - as sources hinted Corrie’s new boss Kate Oates could be planning a comeback for Rosie Webster.
They told how speculation about her return is rife on set after recent scripts were peppered with references to her former character.

And the star, who showed off her incredible post-baby figure in a pink gingham bikini, looks like she’d easily slip back into role of Weatherfield’s resident vixen, Rosie.
Brooke Vincent, who plays Helen’s onscreen sister Sophie, has fuelled rumours by remarking that chiefs should bring her back for good.
One source said: “It is widely thought that the bosses do want to bring Rosie back, thanks to all the references being made to her in recent scripts.
“She has always been mentioned from time to time, but this is far more than usual. It seems that the writers are trying to remind viewers about her.
“Brooke has also openly been saying how brilliant it would be if Rosie came back.”
Kate, who replaced Stuart Blackburn this year, has admitted she would love to bring back some of the soap’s old favourites.
She said in March: “I’ve been tossing around a few ideas in my head about who will be back. There’s nothing I can really talk about yet.
“I’d need to talk to the writers first. I think Corrie has a strong cast but also a strong history. And it’s nice to mix and match.
“I’m looking forward to seeing what the writers are interested in doing and matching their ideas with mine.
“Often you find yourselves thinking from the same place. And I’m sure that’s true when it comes to bringing back popular characters.”
A Corrie spokeswoman last night declined to comment.
