Holly Willoughby quizzes ‘The Sperminator’ on This Morning
Ari Nagel has fathered 22 children by 18 different women as a sperm donor
HOLLY Willoughby was left stunned as she interviewed a man nicknamed 'The Sperminator' on This Morning, after he revealed how he had managed to father 22 children by 18 different women.
The 35-year-old presenter chatted to Ari Nagel via satellite link in New York, who has an amazing track record when it comes to donating his sperm to help women get pregnant.
As the 40-year-old explained how he chooses who to help, and how the process works, Holly was full of questions.
She said: "You have an incredible success rate and you say it’s all down to the timing, how does that work?
"How come yours is so potent?"
Ari replied: "I need to be well rested and well hydrated, the timing also helps as you don’t want to have two ejaculations one after another as the count wont be as high.
"You have to space it out a little bit and obviously timing of the ovulation is key."
Ari helps women via a number of methods and offers his services completely free of charge.
But while the American is happy to have relationships with the children - having met and spent time with all but four of his offspring - he doesn't have romantic relations with the mothers.

His decision to be a sperm donor as come at the expense of his own love life though, having had to go through a marriage breakdown in recent years.
He said: "Over the past ten years it's been troubling keeping a relationship, women think it's very noble and have no problem with it, but the children do take up a lot of my time.
"More of an issue is that there might be a woman ovulating like there is at the minute, I’m going to have to go into the green room and help her, and I wouldn’t have been able to be intimate with the woman I’m dating over the past 48 hours as that would affect the count I’m going to be giving."
Ari's revelation stunned Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield, with Holly biting back a giggle as Phillip's face went through a range of expressions as he tried to process the situation.
He asked: "You’re going to be going into the green room and helping this lady [right now]?"
Ari replied: "She’s going to be here in around a half hour, I’ve got a flight at 10 so we have to do it. "Sometimes they don’t know they are ovulating and she tested this morning and she was surging so that’s correct."
Phil couldn't help but ask: "This is a natural helping that you’ll be doing?"
But Ari revealed it wouldn't be, as the lady involved has been in a long term same-sex relationship.
With a glint in his eye, Phil asked: "How long will you keep this up?"
Holly pulled a funny face as Phil asked his question
Seemingly missing the tongue in cheek nature of his question, which wasn't lost on Holly who pulled a funny face, Ari replied that at 40, and with so many children to spend time with and financially support in some cases, he wouldn't be continuing it for much longer.
He said: "I don't see myself doing this when I'm 50. I don't really have a number but I'm going to stop in the next few years."
