Lydia Bright holds nothing back as we reveal what REALLY happened during her beach barny with James Argent
The on-off couple were seen having a huge row on the beach as TOWIE films in Majorca
TOWIE's most turbulent couple Lydia Bright and James 'Arg' Argent were spotted having a barney... and now we can reveal what they said.
In footage exclusive to The Sun Online, the former couple were reunited on a beach in Palma, Majorca, and it was far from a happy reunion.
Lydia, 26, doesn't mince her words as she tells her 28-year-old ex: "You made me hate you. When I look at you, I despise you.
She then twists the knife and added: "I just can't get my head around it. I never understand it.
"And what you did that night, for me is the most disrespectful, selfish act that I’ve ever heard of.
"What you did was disgusting, absolutely disgusting – but you knew you wanna do it.
"So, if you saw it coming and you knew it was happening, why didn’t you walk away before you made me hate you?"
A source told The Sun Online: "Lydia made it clear she had no regrets about the split.
";She then told him they’re strangers and for him to never speak to her again. She left Arg crying."
The couple, who have been on/off since 2010, broke up last year after nearly getting engaged and putting a deposit down on a house.
The Sun reported that the split came after she had allegedly caught him relapsing on his drug habit and using the class-A drug cocaine.
A source said: “Lydia came home early from an event in London and found Arg a bit out of it. She’s absolutely devastated.”
Since then, the pair had managed to keep themselves away from each other - until they were unceremoniously reunited in front of the TOWIE camera crew.
Arg has been seen making an effort to change his troubled ways in the months since the split, and has dropped weight thanks to a series of gruelling fitness camp regimes.
He also vowed to bin the booze in a bid to help him stay on the straight and narrow.
Friends claim that he was making these efforts in a bid to win Lydia back - however it appears his plan has failed.
Speaking from the No. 1 Bootcamp in Ibiza, he said: “I’ve still got a bit of a belly but it will go. I’m just at boot camp, and I don’t drink any more.
“I’m not going to go back to old habits… I’m going to stay trim, stay happy and stay healthy.
“I don’t need to drink, I got too much personality to drink.
“I stopped drinking because it’s not good for me.”
