JACQUELINE Jossa showed off her tanned abs and revealed she's lost half a stone with a new workout regime.
The 28-year-old took to Instagram to reveal that she's feeling more "confident and positive" after starting her weight-loss journey.
The star joked that she had piled on the lockdown weight and was ready to get back into shape.
Jac said: "I'm on a weight-loss journey. Everybody is saying to me in the DMs that you look like you're losing weight.
"I am losing weight, I've lost over half a stone. I'm really happy, I've got a long way to go.
"But I'm feeling good, more confident and positive. It's changing my mood most importantly."
The former EastEnders star has started a new fitness routine involving various workouts - but is yet to tell her fans what these exercises include.
She explained: "I need to know what I'm doing is correct and right for me before I share it with you guys, because I don't want to be messing with your lives."
The I'm a Celeb champion explained that although the weight fell off her following her stint in the jungle, she is hopeful for a more long-term fitness routine that she can implement in her busy life.
The telly star continued: "My Fitbit is really helping me, just to get the steps in. When lockdown happened I put on weight.
"Lets face it after the jungle I lost weight in a really weird way because you just basically starve for three weeks and when you come out you eat all the food.
"Then lockdown happened which did not help me in the slightest. I've got a long way to go to hit where I want to be.
"Not necessarily weight wise because I'm trying not to focus on the scales as much but just about how my clothes fit, how I look and how I feel.
"It has changed so much in the last month, me and Daniel have been eating so good and Daniel feels amazing."
Last month, Jac revealed that she had done "zero exercise" and had been chowing down on her kids' leftover "chips and nuggets".
She vowed to start "eating healthy" after failing to kickstart January with a bang.
Mum-of-two Jac told her fans it was "getting to her" that she wasn't doing any exercise, and that her healthy diet had gone down the drain.
She wrote captioned the clip: "I need to start working out and eating better.
"I know it's January and everyone starts January with a bang but I literally have done zero and it's getting to me now. Tomorrow I have to sort it out, even if it's just something little."
The actress detailed that having kids made it "hard to be healthy" as she is constantly picking at their leftover food.
She explained: "They have like chips, nuggets and beans and leave half of it and then I end up wolfing it down because I'm hungry."
It's not the first time the TV personality has spoken out about her diet, recently telling her fans over Christmas she wanted to "get into it" with eating properly.
