PREGNANT Teen Mom star Cheyenne Floyd is celebrating Rare Disease Month to raise awareness about her 3-year-old daughter Ryder's rare congenital disorder.
Cheyenne, 28, announced that her campaign, "Rage Regardless Ry," would be "sharing a journey of someone with a rare disease" every day to mark the month.

Cheyenne told that she and Cory have "mastered" co-parenting and "how to live separate lives but still have a life for Ryder, together."
