Britain’s Got Talent star Ashley Banjo is now a millionaire after doubling his fortune through TV jobs in just ONE year
ASHLEY Banjo is now a millionaire after doubling his fortune through TV jobs in just ONE year, The Sun can reveal.
The 32-year-old star is a judge on ITV's Dancing On Ice, and was drafted in last year as a stand-in Britain's Got Talent judge after Simon Cowell's back injury left him unable to film the show.
Ashley also featured on Sky1 talent show Got To Dance, co-presented Saturday night BBC game show Can't Touch This, and trains the celebs for ITV's The Real Full Monty series - which took place on ice last year.
The TV favourite earned more than £500,000 from his TV jobs in 2020 alone, leaving his firm Forward Movement Ltd with a bottom-line of £603,363 – and £350,000 of that is in cash.
Ashley can also command around £5,000 a post plugging products and services to his one million Instagram followers.
In addition to all of this, the busy star still leads Diversity - and when you combine his lucrative telly earnings from previous years, cash from his Diversity projects, money from his clothes firm F.A.C.E. Apparel, plus social media plugs, he is now comfortably in the millionaire bracket.
Dancing On Ice Rich List:
DESPITE Ashley's bumper year, he is still in last place on the Dancing On Ice rich list - with the other three judges and hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield all established multi-millionaires.
- Holly Willoughby lands first place with an astonishing £10 million in the bank, raking in a fortune from lucrative ad deals with firms like Marks and Spencer as well as her presenting gigs on Dancing On Ice and This Morning.
- In silver is Holly's co-host Phillip Schofield, who has amassed an £8million fortune over the years through various TV gigs, book deals, and by running his own property firm.
- Skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean lead the pack from the judges' line up, with the two worth around £5 million and £4 million respectively. The Olympic gold medallists both run property firms with Jayne’s Waikiki Ltd worth £4 million, and sidekick Chris’s Depprell Ltd is valued at £2.9 million. They also run a firm together – Quila Ltd – that takes in cash from joint skating projects that has £128,000 in cash in its coffers.
- Judge John Barrowman is thought to be worth around £3 million following his successful career on stage and screen. The actor has appeared in West End shows and used to star in Doctor Who as well as sister programme Torchwood. His Jomar Productions Ltd has assets of £1.1million.
Humble Ashley tends to remain modest with his cash, but recently shocked fans when he showed off his epic car collection.
Last year, he took part in an Instagram trend that saw celebs share images requested by their fans.
One follower was keen to see what car Ashley drives - but they probably weren't expecting the star's response.
Replying to the person who wrote: "Post a picture of your whip," Ashley decided to unveil his jaw-dropping collection.
In the photo, three cars can be seen on the driveway of his large Essex home but he captioned it: "Here's a few," implying that he actually has more than three cars.
He labelled the three vehicles 'old skool', 'Daily' and 'Family'.

While the large family car's make was unclear, his daily whip is a stunning grey silver Aston Martin - which looks very similar to a car that 007 spy James Bond drives.
He has come a long way from his first car, which Ashley also shared with fans during the challenge.
The dad-of-two proudly posted a snap of his old turquoise Fiat Punto from his pre-fame days.
Diversity won Britain's Got Talent in 2009, with the group securing a £100,000 prize fund at the time - or £10,000 each.
