COUNTING On fans expressed that they are worried for Jinger Duggar as the reality star looks "exhausted" and "unhappy" in a new selfie.
The photo was posted on Instagram after she gave birth to daughter Evangeline in November.
She also quoted Psalm 118:24, which reads: “This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
A number of fans noted that she appeared to have been crying, as one fan said: "This pic makes you Look like you've been crying."
Another person added: "You look like you been crying are you ok??"
An additional fan chimed in: "Amen 🙏🏼 ... but are you ok? You look like you’ve been crying... or maybe you’re just a tired mama - either way; sending positive thoughts and prayers your way."

The insider said: "Jinger is especially exhausted, and Jeremy took time off work to help care for the children, but they are looking at hiring a nanny to give them some respite.
"Things have been difficult and they're feeling the strain, but they're doing everything they can to keep their family together, and also spend time focusing on each other.
"Jinger and Jeremy have started dressing up and cooking at home for a special date night after the girls go to bed, it's become a cute day for them to reconnect every few weeks."
