The photo was posted on Instagram after she gave birth to daughter Evangeline in November.
On Thursday, the 26-year-old shared a selfie that captured her smiling for the camera.
Her hair was pushed back with a thick orange floral headband, while she also wore a pink zip-up sweatshirt.
captioned the : "Happy Thursday! 💜"
She also quoted Psalm 118:24, which reads: “This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Despite the hopeful caption, many fans took to the comments section to state they are worried for the star.
