Martha Stewart launches cannabis treat line for DOGS after pal Snoop Dogg ‘got her into marijuana business’
MARTHA Stewart launches a line of cannabis-infused dog treats after successfully debuting cannabidiol gummies for humans in September of last year.
The famed homemaker was introduced to her partner for the venture, Canada's Canopy Growth, by her longtime friend and co-star Snoop Dogg.
, 79, has officially launched a brand of doggy cannabis products, including infused oil drops and soft-baked chews for pot-friendly pups.
A year ago the signed a deal with the Canadian conglomerate that boasts the world’s top pot production by market value.
America's favorite hospitable host dropped her first product with her plant-partner, cannabidiol gummy treats for humans, just a few months ago and is ready for the next step.
With tastes of Meyer lemon, blood orange and kumquat, and huckleberry, Martha ensured only "gourmet" flavors for her human cannabis venture.
Influenced heavily by her long-time friend and cohort Snoop Dogg, the famed rapper brought Martha into the world of Marijuana.
, 49, launched his own line of cannabis products back in 2015, called Leafs by Snoop, and has since introduced his co-star into the business side of CBD.
At the 37th Food & Wine Classic hosted in Aspen in 2019, Martha spoke about her relationship with the hip hop legend, after a fan asked: “What’s your favorite thing to share with Snoop Dogg?"
“Well, um, maybe—maybe a little smoke,” she replied, causing an uproar of applause in the crowd.
“And not barbecue smoke! He actually does a good job at sharing his smoke with me, and I don’t even smoke!”
