ROCKER Ronnie Wood proves he’s a hands-on dad as he leaves home cradling his newborn baby.

The Rolling Stones rocker, 69, recently became a father for the fifth time after wife Sally Humphreys gave birth to twins Gracie Jane and Alice Rose.
