Frankie Bridge opens up about secret stepson Jaydon, 14, admitting she keeps husband Wayne’s teen ‘private’
FRANKIE Bridge has opened up about her secret stepson Jaydon, 14, admitting that she keeps husband Wayne's teen from a previous relationship "private".
The 32-year-old star shares seven-year-old Parker and five-year-old Carter with the 40-year-old footballer.
However, he is also dad to Jaydon with his ex Vanessa Perroncel, a French model he dated from 2005 to 2009.
Frankie was asked about her role in the teenager's life in a recent Instagram Q&A, where she admitted that he doesn't refer to her as a step-parent.
Sharing a photo of herself with her two little boys, Frankie addressed the fan's 'assumption' that she is a stepmother.
The singer replied: "True. I am indeed. It's not something I talk about much as him and his mum aren't in the same industry as us.
"So I keep that part of our life private. I've also never really chosen to be called a step parent.
"He has his parents, I'm just a bonus family! Ha."
Vanessa hit the headlines in 2009 over allegations she had an affair with Wayne's teammate John Terry after their split. She has always denied the claims.
Frankie isn't the only star to have recently opened up about their normally-private stepson, with Fearne Cotton shocking fans last year when she shared a rare picture of her husband Jesse Woods' 17-year-old son Arthur as he left home for University.
In further questions, Frankie confessed that she doesn't think she is "done" with having children, but her desire to add to her brood changes on a day-to-day basis.
She went on to add: "I'm not good at being pregnant either", with the beauty bravely admitting earlier this month that her eating disorder has left her refusing to have a third baby as she "doesn't want to be fat again".
Asked if she'd have any more kids, she said: "It has been hard enough to get my body to a point where I feel semi comfortable."
