LEIGH-ANNE Pinnock and Andre Gray have put their huge Surrey mansion up for sale – for £4.95m as they sell it ahead of new baby.

The Little Mix star and her footballer fiancé put the six-bedroom home on the market after being refused planning permission to build an underground swimming pool.

Leigh-Anne announced her pregnancy last week, shocking fans all over the world – especially as no one had noticed a baby bump while she’d been doing promo for her new single, Confetti.

Leigh-Anne, 29, proudly unveiled her bare bump on Instagram, posing in some gorgeous pictures with her fiancé Andre Gray.

The couple are now selling their home ahead of their new arrival.

The couple paid £4.75m for the impressive property in 2018 and Andre proposed to Leigh-Anne in the garden in May last year.

The home already has a cinema room, a bar, a huge marble-floored hall and a wine cellar so big it has an elevator to reach high-up bottles.

The mansion also has direct access onto a nearby golf course and a games room.

But the singer and Watford striker, both 29, wanted to splash out and add an underground leisure complex with a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi.

The long building would have been set into a banked garden with a sunken courtyard at the couple’s luxury home.

But last year, the local council blocked the plans, and officials called the proposed 13ft-high development “inappropriate”, saying it would harm the green belt area.

They said: “It is noted that the proposal would largely be below ground and that land re-profiling would be limited, however this simply means that no additional harm to the green belt would arise.”

In a separate planning application, the couple were given the go-ahead to extend their kitchen, breakfast room and master bedroom.

Last year, they were allowed to keep a 9ft privacy wall and entrance gates that were built without planning permission.

As part of planning permission for the new build home six years ago, officials at Surrey Heath Council made a condition that no extensions, garages or other buildings can be added without the council’s consent.

The famous pair applied for permitted development rights to be reinstated, with their planning agent saying: “It places an unnecessary restriction on the activities of future householders as it removes freedoms to carry out small scale domestic extensions, outbuildings and alterations.”

Planners are expected to make a decision on January 18 – but clearly Leigh-Anne and Andre got tired of waiting.

Leigh Anne’s rep has been approached for comment by The Sun Online.

Meanwhile, the mum-to-be recently shared the delightful news that she was expecting her first baby.

She captioned the post: “We’ve dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true… we can’t wait to meet you.”

Perrie, 27, took to Instagram a few days later, choosing to bare her bump in a black and white image, wearing a bra, posing next to her footballer boyfriend Alex.

She wrote: “So happy to be on this wild journey with my soulmate. Me + Him = You 🌎♥️”

The trio thanked their bandmate Jesy Nelson after making history – leaving their fans in tears.

The talented band – made up of Jade Thirwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards – fought back tears as they accepted the coveted gong at the O2 Arena.

Pregnant Perrie started: “Guys we have just made history.  I am really emotional.”

Admitting they had to write down their speech because two of them had baby brain, Leigh-Anne said: “We have been together for ten yers, we have been through so much, we have had so much fun.
