Hiddleston being lined up to replace love rival Calvin Harris as face of Armani pants

HE has seduced his ex TAYLOR SWIFT, and now TOM HIDDLESTON may land CALVIN HARRIS’s old job too.

I’ve learned the actor is wanted by Armani to take over from his love rival as the face of its underwear line.

Calvin was the face of Armani’s pants range since 2014 but I told last week how he cut ties with the firm to start his own fashion range.

My source revealed: “Armani has Tom on its shortlist of potential replacements for Calvin alongside JOE JONAS, CHRIS PINE and LIAM HEMSWORTH.”

Tom has the credentials for the job on his CV. He got his bum out on BBC hit The Night Manager and last week posed in a pair of white grandad boxers for a photoshoot.

Yesterday I revealed how the actor is bulking up in his bid to become the next 007.

Now there could be another reason for him to get his body out.

Melanie Oliva, who lives in the US, put out an appeal on Instagram earlier this week asking her followers for £3,700 to help the family pet, Nino, recover after he was left blind in one eye and had to be fed with a tube due to a broken jaw.

The heartbreaking tale struck a chord with Zayn, who heard about it when someone posted about the feline on Twitter.

In a direct message shared online, he wrote: “Hey I’d like to pay for the cat’s surgery can you send me the details of where to transfer the money please.”

Zayn’s spokeswoman has since confirmed he has covered the costs.

Now I know who to ring next time my beloved cat Dirk needs to go to the vets.

CELINE DION, who sang Titanic theme My Heart Will Go On, has announced plans to finish her career as an actress. The 48-year-old Canadian isn’t hanging up her mic just yet but has revealed she wants to become a Hollywood star in her sixties.

She said: “I’ll be a good old actress. I’ll be better later. I don’t have the cinematic face, cute and French. I want to make movies in something like 15 years.”

She must have picked up tips during her many years in showbusiness.
