Simon Pegg left Nick Frost knocked out in the woods after cider-fuelled bender
FILM star Simon Pegg once left best mate Nick Frost knocked out in the woods during a bender on cider.
The pair ventured out in the rain armed with four litres between them.
Nick, 48, said: “We got to a point where Simon said, ‘Let’s go and get a Chinese,’ and on that journey back I slipped and hit my head on a log and lay unconscious.
“But Simon thought I was f*** about, so he just went off."
He recounted the incident in Highgate, North London, to sci-fi magazine SFX.
Simon, 52, added: “He’s never forgiven me.”
Nick added: “I came back hours later and he was sat having a Chinese.”
Simon replied: “I thought he was pulling the longest game - I opened the door and he was there all soaking wet and was like ‘You left me!'.”
The pair first appeared together in Channel 4 sitcom Spaced, before starring in films Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World’s End.
