Holly Willoughby gets the giggles over ‘smelly gases’ comment during fan discussion

The TV presenter was laughing so much she had to wipe away tears

HOLLY Willoughby got the serious case of the giggles today as she discussed ‘smelly gases’ on This Morning.

The 35-year-old was forced to wipe away tears from her eyes during the segment on How To Sleep Well This Summer – as she jumped to conclusions over the gases in question.

Her hysterics were triggered as presenter Steve Wilson demonstrated a Dyson fan – telling her and Phillip Schofield: “It has a filter that will filter out dust and gases.”

Looking a little puzzled and rather amused mum-of-three Holly questioned: “Gases?”

Trying to keep a straight face Steve responded: “Yeah – so aerosols you might use, cooking smells  – you know what I mean!”

But Holly was already off on one of her laughing fits and was unable to control herself.

Steve quickly moved on to another device which recorded air quality, telling them that the quality in the studio was fair.

Phil quickly piped in: “That will be the gases then” which set Holly off laughing even more – leaving her once again wiping the tears from her eyes.

Meanwhile Holly once again showed she’s just like the rest of us as she once again reused her favourite white pencil skirt.

The £450 Roland Mouret number has become a staple in her This Morning wardrobe this year.

The skirt, which features a gold zip fastening all the way up the back, made one of it’s first appearances in early March, when Holly teamed it with a dusty pink shirt by Autograph at Marks and Spencer.

Since then, she has worn it more than 10 times, pairing it with an array of colourful shirts, including floral print number by Banana Republic and another one by Karen Millen.

This time she teamed the fitted number – that flattered her curves perfectly – with a blue and white pussy bow blouse.
