Danielle, 28, told magazine: “I’ll be honest. When we first got together, I wanted to look at his phone all of the time, and sometimes I wanted to find something.

“Now I can honestly say, I don’t feel like that any more. If you’re looking through someone’s phone, there’s an issue.”

The boutique owner confirmed she also no longer has the password to James’ various social media accounts.

Talking about the change in their relationship, Danielle explained: “We respect each other now. I know what p**ses him off, and he knows what winds me up.

“There’s a lot more of an understanding between us, and it’s more of a grown-up relationship. Before, it was a little bit tit for tat – I’d do things to deliberately annoy him, and vice versa.”

The cute couple have experienced a fiery three year relationship which has included cheating allegations, a failed proposal and a heartbreaking miscarriage, but after an eight month break the lovebirds got back together in March.

James, 29, commented: “We’ve wiped the slate clean. We both used to bring up the past when we were arguing, but you can’t move on unless you put that behind you.”

And there could still be wedding bells in the future for the pair, but it’ll be one step at a time explains Danielle.

“We’re not planning our wedding just yet,” she said. “But we’ll hopefully start looking to buy a house at some stage later this year.

“But until the day we leave Towie, we’ll take each day as it comes.”
