Jinger Duggar and husband Jeremy Vuolo ‘want to QUIT Counting On over horrible contract and low paycheck’
JINGER Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo are having "deep conversations" about QUITTING Counting On because of their "crazy contract," a source has exclusively told The Sun.
The reality TV star couple, who share two-year-old Felicity and newborn Evangeline, have been on screen for years, with Jinger initially starring on 19 Kids and Counting - which followed her parents, Michelle and Bob, and their huge brood.
"Jinger has grown up in front of the cameras, but she thinks it could be time to step away, especially now they've moved to LA and they're doing their own thing," the source added.
"They would also be interested in getting involved in other TV projects in the future, but right now they are prevented from doing so."
Derick has given different reasons for his departure from the show, with his latest claim last year being that he and Jill wanted out of a "bogus contract."
In a now-deleted tweet, Derick told a fan the couple quit their missionary work because "TLC wouldn’t release us from a bogus contract that we weren’t even aware of."
When pushed further by the confused follower, he added: "It makes perfect sense considering the fact that thats [sic] why we quit filming – TLC kept trying to keep us from missionary work."
Meanwhile, viewers took to Reddit to speculate over whether Jinger and Jeremy are leaving the show after they failed to film a video for the birth of their second daughter.
One user wrote: "Why Jinger and Jeremy haven’t made a video for TLC to announce Evangeline’s birth?
"They usually do one right after the baby is born, but so far nothing. The show was renewed Justin [Duggar] talked about it after his engagement. Are the breakout stars from the show leaving?"
Another commenter chimed in: "TLC at least made a post with a photo shoot. I think we are seeing less since there is no active season going right now."
One person even suggested they may be "holding out for more money."
Jinger and Jeremy recently launched their new business venture, Hope & Stead, after relocating from Laredo, Texas, to LA last year, selling everything from hats to scented candles.

They also began recording their own podcast earlier this year and are releasing their first book, The Hope We Hold, in May - as they continue to build their empire.
The Sun has reached out to Jinger and Jeremy's rep who declined to comment, while TLC did not respond.
