DANCING on Ice star Joe-Warren Plant and ex-girlfriend Nicole Hadlow are following each other again on Instagram after their shock split.
The Sun revealed the pair had separated after Nicole felt sidelined as Joe prepares for his ITV skating show with partner Vanessa Bauer.
Nicole had erased all trace of Joe from her Instagram except for a couple of snaps that featured her family.
However, things between them look to be getting better now that they've become social media pals again.
A source told us: "Joe's so obsessed with her, but Nicole can get jealous.
"He's totally in love and doesn't keep it a secret.
"He's so young and trying to progress his career. It's a shame for him to be dumped while he's on the biggest show on telly."
The Sun Online has contacted a representative for Joe for comment.
Joe was recently snapped with Vanessa arriving at a hotel after a day of training.
It came as Nicole told pals she felt the 18-year-old Emmerdale actor wanted the show more than her.
An onlooker who saw the soap star leave Slough ice rink with Vanessa, 24, said: “They had two cars waiting but slipped into one and headed back to the hotel.
“They wore masks but were chatting animatedly and clearly getting on like a house on fire.”
The pair are staying at the De Vere Latimer Estate Hotel in Latimer, Bucks, with some of the other stars ahead of the show launch next month.
Joe, who plays Jacob Gallagher, had dated 24-year-old Nicole for three year but has moved into his mum’s home in Blackpool.
A source said: “Nicole felt sidelined and he’s done little to put her mind at ease.”

The Sun told last month how Joe’s tough training schedule with Vanessa had put pressure on his relationship.
Vanessa has been single since splitting from circus performer Louis Nathaniel in January last year, weeks before appearing on the ice with Love Island star Wes Nelson, 22.
A show source said: “Several of the celebrities and their skating partners were staying in the hotel for filming reasons.”
