THE three amigos - Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix - are coming back for even more hilarity as their show is renewed for two more seasons.

The chefs extraordinaire will be back for a whole world of new adventures that will see them take their RV, culinary skills and determination to wind each other in new locations.

ITV announced two new series of their road trip cooking shows and two Christmas specials for mates Gordon, Gino and Fred.

This year, the second series of their hit show, Gordon, Gino and Fred: American Road Trip, averaged an audience of 6.6million viewers earlier in the year.

In his typically grumpy fashion, Gordon couldn't believe he would have to put up with Gino and Fred for two more years.

“Another three years with Gino and Fred, are you kidding me?" he said.

"Just joking.  Who knew, when we headed out to Italy in the summer of 2018, I would find friends for life in Gino and Fred?"

Gordon added: "We have already shared some incredible adventures, amazing food and plenty of hilarious disasters and pranks as we’ve road-tripped across Europe, America and this winter in Lapland, and I seriously cannot wait to do it all over again and again and again!"

Gino was more polite saying, “‘I am absolutely delighted that I will be making more fantastic shows together with my friends, as this programme starts to go seriously global.”

While Fred Sirieix added: “I can’t wait to get back on the road with my two amigos. The party will never end!”

The trio recently returned from filming a Christmas special in Lapland where they went husky sledding, snow mobile racing and ice swimming before tracking down Father Christmas and his elves in their workshop.

Their shenanigans will be seen in the special, Gordon, Gino and Fred: Desperately Seeking Santa, which will air 16th December at 9pm on ITV.

ITV bosses let fans in on a secret - that the lads actually pined for each other when they weren't filming together around the world.

“Despite how it sometimes looks, Gordon, Gino and Fred miss each other when they’re apart, so we’re making sure they have plenty of time together – provided we can capture their adventures for viewers to enjoy," said Nicola Lloyd, ITV's commissioning editor factual entertainment.

In Desperately Seeking Santa, Gino wants to deliver a letter to Father Christmas for his eight-year-old daughter Mia.

They also try reindeer meat and feast with Lapland’s indigenous Sami people.
