PREVIOUS winners are being brought back for the Britain’s Got Talent Christmas special – and will be performing alongside the judges.
As The Sun previously revealed, Amanda Holden, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Simon Cowell’s stand-in Ashley Banjo will get up on stage as part of the festive ITV special.
Amanda will be singing with 2014 musical theatre champs Collabro, and Alesha will perform Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas with pianist and 2017 winner Tokio Myers.
David will perform a comedy routine with six of the series’ best funnymen and women, including 2018’s Lost Voice Guy.
And finally, Ashley will join up with his Diversity dance troupe, who were one of the most popular winners when they took the crown in 2009, and 2008 street dancing champ George Sampson.
A source said: “The judges wanted to get up and do their bit in the Christmas special to put a smile on viewers’ faces.
“They will all perform but not alone. It’s not until you see some of the acts getting up with them that you are reminded of the quality of some of the past winners.”
Hosts Ant and Dec, fresh from fronting I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here! in North Wales, will also get in on the act.
The pair will dress up as festive favourite Elf on the Shelf to kick off the show, being aired on Christmas Day.
Dec is so little he can just wear his normal clothes.
FOOTBALLER Jamie Redknapp didn’t win too many titles in his injury-stricken career, but he’s got a new one now – and perhaps not one he would have expected.
The ex-England and Liverpool midfielder was horrified to discover he has become the face of an Instagram foot fetish account.
On Sky 1’s The Russell Howard Hour tonight, he reveals: “Some guy on Instagram kept sending me these things about my feet.
"My feet were the feet of the week.
“He kept sending me pictures. Someone had taken one of me in Miami on the beach, no top on, but it wasn’t that they were interested in, it was my feet.
“I’ve manicured my nails by biting them over the years. They’re rancid.”
Jamie also tells how he’s turned down the last two series of I’m A Celeb, since dad Harry was crowned King of the Jungle in 2018.
He adds: “Out of all the reality shows it’s the one I like watching, but I’d be terrible at the eating challenges. I can’t hold anything down.”
He can’t use injury as an excuse these days . . .
EMILY Atack looked show-stopping after putting on a blinding performance in The Understudy at London’s Palace Theatre on Tuesday.
It comes after the actress revealed how her stint on I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here! in 2018 changed her life at a time when she was ‘feeling lost and had no money’.
Looks like Em’s got her sparkle back now, though.
EASTENDERS has had Big Mo, Little Mo and now they can have Fast Mo.
Legendary athlete Sir Mo Farah is begging the soap’s bosses to give him a part after striking up a friendship with Shane Richie on I’m A Celebrity.
Britain’s most decorated track athlete got to channel his inner Phil Mitchell in the castle and says that once he’s got next year’s Tokyo Olympics out of the way, he’s free to get his act on.
Sir Mo said: “ I would love to do it – imagine me running the Queen Vic. I am a massive EastEnders fan, but I need to get a couple of gold medals before I do any of that.”
At least he’d have a comfy bed and proper meals, unlike over the past three weeks.
ARIANA Grande has announced she’s heading to Netflix with the release of a concert movie named Excuse Me, I Love You.
The new feature film, which will document the songstress’ successful series of shows last year, will be ready to stream from December 21.
