Towie’s Fran Parman says she’s ‘nearly at the size I want’ as she shows off her flat tum after two stone weight loss
TOWIE star Fran Parman took to Instagram to share her incredible weight loss in a candid mirror snap.
Standing in the mirror of her living room that's been decked out for Christmas, the 29-year-old lifted her top to reveal her trim waist.
The reality star wrote: "Good morning peeeeeps, woke up, felt slim, took a pic, felt cute, might delete later..."
"So I’ve dropped a lot of weight wanted to share (as we all know I’m sharing my journey) I’m nearly at the size I want to be but I’m not finished yet still.
"A lot of my weight dropping was due to diet change. I now need to tone up. So before any of the trolls think I’ve edited it, please believe me I would have made my a** look huge!!
"'I’m not the skinniest in this picture but I actually love my “curves” (what ever society classes it to be) I feel so happy and proud that I’ve come this far in my journey that I want to share and show that you can absolutely do it too. Just believe in yourself & don’t give up."
Fran has lost two stone in total after she felt compelled to lose weight due to trolling when she made her return to TOWIE for a cameo appearance during the show's 10th anniversary in August.
Earlier this year Fran said she was in a 'bad' mental and physical place before she started her health.
She admitted she has to 'remind' herself to be healthy so as not to slip back into bad habits.
Recently, Fran shared that gyms closing posed a struggle to her body transformation. She wrote on her social media: "It's the universe telling me not to train.
"But that's just myself setting up excuses for not wanting to go. I have to remind myself I don't want to be unhealthy again as I was unhappy and I don't want to put my mental state through that anymore."
"Mentally and physically I wasn't in a good place and thought it's uncomfortable to remind yourself what you have put your own self through, remember how far you have come and we don't want to look back, we want to continue this journey of happiness.
"Nothing feels better than reaching your goals, so for anyone trying to make an excuse for not working out, remember how far you've come."
