SCARLETT Moffatt's modern five-bedroom home has sold for nearly £400,000 after just one week on the market.
The Gogglebox star has lived in the property for three years but has now found a buyer as she looks to move into a new pad.

She told fans she's found a new home with policeman boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
She tweeted: "Me and Scott are off on an adventure (10 miles away) so our beautiful home is now for sale."
The County Durham pile, which boasts five bedrooms and a cinema room, was on the market for £395,000.

Photos of the Toft Hill mansion reveal its open plan dining room, kitchen and lounge area with a huge TV mounted on the wall.
The I’m A Celebrity winner got the keys to the plush home in 2017, one year after she gave her parents money to pay off their own mortgage.

She moved back up north after a stint in London living in rented accommodation.
Speaking during her stint in the jungle, she said: “I paid off the mortgage on my mum and dad’s house for them.
“Oh it was the best. I just wrote them a letter and said, ‘thanks for being mint’, and ‘sorry for leaving fake tan all over the house’, and then I put a cheque in for them.”
Her parents, Betty and Mark, later told The Sun that they had in fact put that money in an ISA for her, to go towards her first property.

Betty said: "Well, she thinks she has paid off our mortgage. But it's actually been put in an ISA for her.
“We're quite happy to work, we haven't got a great deal left to pay off on our mortgage so Mark just put it in an ISA for her, so when it comes to her getting a house, she'll have a head start.”

Scarlett has been dating Scott for almost two years and they moved in together last year.
She wrote on Instagram last month: "I normally don’t like saying this because I’m scared I jinx myself 🙈 but @scottdobby takes all that fear away.
