MEGAN Fox officially filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green.
The filing comes just days after she made her red carpet debut with new boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.
reported that Megan filed the divorce documents on Wednesday.
In documents obtained by the outlet, asked for joint legal and physical custody of their three kids.
The 34-year-old actress also asked to terminate the ability for both her and , 47, to get spousal support.
She listed the couple's date of separation as November 2019 in the documents.
Soon after, The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum filed his response and agreed to Megan's requests.
Additionally, the actress asked that her legal name be changed from Megan Green back to Megan Denise Fox.
Megan and Brian tied the knot in 2010 during a ceremony in Hawaii.
The pair share three kids together: eight-year-old Noah Shannon, six-year-old Bodhi Ransom and four-year-old Journey River.
The filing comes as Megan's romance with MGK heats up.
Over the weekend, Megan and MMGK, 30, at the American Music Awards.
Just before taking the big step as a couple, Megan said that her relationship with the rapper is a .

The actor shared a photo of himself in a furry onesie, while Journey was off on the other side of the snap in his own costume.
Megan wrote in the comments section: "Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It's not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren't in.”
The upset mother added: "I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media.
