Radio 1 DJ Jordan, 30, was elected as the camp’s first leader by the public and chose Victoria as his deputy – despite sharing a close bond with Bev.

During his time as leader, Jordan will be allowed to sit in the throne and dictate chores to his campmates.

However, fans couldn’t believe the star didn’t choose Bev as his right-hand woman.

Instead, the actress was put in charge of the laundry alongside Vernon Kay.

The two have grown close since joining the show

The pair have shared a close bond since joining the ITV reality series.

Last week, Beverley was spotted consoling Jordan after he was voted to do his third Bushtucker Trial in a row.

As the other campmates flocked around, the ex Coronation Street star spoke softly to Jordan – telling him that it was a good thing viewers wanted him to do the gruesome tasks.

She said: “They want to see more of you, this is going to make you a f***ing megastar.”

Meanwhile, viewers have been shocked to see the actress chow down on bread and butter and meat dishes at dinner – only to say that she is a vegan for I’m A Celeb’s unpleasant eating tasks.

Fans have claimed that she made up the dietary requirements in a bid to get out of the trials.

She previously told the hosts that she had been vegan since March, with the plant-based diet meaning that she would not eat any dairy, meat, fish, or other animal products – such as honey.
