MEGHAN’S privacy case judge is to take charge of Coleen Rooney’s explosive Wagatha Christie libel trial.

But he has now been drafted in to preside over the legal battle between warring wags Coleen and Becky Vardy.
He will oversee the first skirmishes this week as the long-awaited case kicks off at the High Court in London.
Mr Justice Warby is free to take charge after the privacy trial between Meghan and a newspaper, which printed a letter from her to her father, was postponed for nine months.
He will hear arguments from both sides in the Wagatha Christie case in a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
Mum-of-five Becky, wife of Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, is suing Coleen, 34, for libel over an Instagram post in October last year.
In it, Coleen, wife of Wayne Rooney, said she had turned detective to find who had leaked stories about them to the press.
She ended the post dramatically: “It’s . . . Rebekah Vardy’s account.”
After Thursday’s half-day hearing, the judge’s crucial ruling will set out exactly what mum-of-four Coleen and Becky, 38, must prove to win the case.
Coleen will be defended by celebrity lawyer David Sherborne, who represented Meghan in her privacy case.
She replaced him after an early setback.
