“Chloe’s been telling everyone how upset she is - it’s a huge amount of money and she feels she was targeted because she’s famous,” says an insider close to Chloe.
“She came back from a shopping trip to find the police waiting for her on her doorstep.”
Chloe travelled to Turkey on 3 October to have breast reduction surgery but failed to do the mandatory 14 day quarantine when she returned home to the North East.
Insiders say Chloe told friends she was fined by police on 21 October.
Chloe also failed to stay at home after a trip to Marbella in September and was pictured on a boozy night out in London at The Tree House Hotel just days later.
This weekend, Chloe broke the rules again as she partied in a packed club for Halloween - despite Tier 2 lockdown rules that say separate households shouldn’t mix indoors.
Chloe’s rep had no comment when contacted by The Sun Online.

Turkey is not currently on the travel corridor list. From 28 September, if you fail to obey the 14 day quarantine rule, you can be fined £1,000 - with fines rising to £10,000 for ‘repeat offenders’.
However, following Boris Johnson's announcement of a second national lockdown, starting this Thursday all outbound international travel will be forbidden under the strict new rules.
