The hotel heiress' tight trousers rode down to expose her designer thong while she was browsing the aisles of an Apple store in Milan.
The blonde stunner, 35, was pictured during a shopping trip in the Italian fashion capital, and she showed a little more flesh than usual.
She turned heads in a black leather jacket with studs, white T-shirt, dark sunglasses and green trousers.
She accessorised the outfit with a Chanel silver bangle with diamond Chanel earrings, as well as one of her own brand's handbags.
Paris headed to the Apple store to browse the tech goods and suffered an embarrassing mishap when she bent down to look at some Beats products.
The socialite's super-tight trouser wriggled down to expose her white Victoria's Secret thong.

Paris also appeared to show off what looked like a tattoo on her lower back which was partially covered by her skimpy underwear.
She didn't seem to notice the mishap and simply carried on shopping.
Paris even failed to hitch her trousers back up again as she headed to the tills, and was seen with her thong on display as she stood at the counter.
The Hilton heir is in Milan to play a DJ set at one of the city's hottest clubs over the weekend, and is also set to take in some fashion shows during the trip.
The news comes as Paris prepares to become an aunt for the first-time as her sister, Nicky Hilton, is expecting a baby with her husband James Rothschild.
The couple married in James' native London last summer - choosing to tie the knot in the lavish surroundings of Kensington Palace.
Paris was among the guests at the royal-themed wedding, along with notable names such as Chelsea Clinton and Hollywood actress Kate Beckinsale.
Nicky confirmed the pregnancy in January, and later revealed the couple is expecting a daughter.
