GOGGLEBOX's Amy Tapper has shared her amazing progress as she achieves her weight loss goals.
The 20-year-old reality star looked stunning alongside a throwback photo before she lost an incredible three stone.
Amy oozed confidence in the sexy pic alongside her 'before' photo wearing a long snake print top over a black t-shirt and jeans.
She styled her ombre hair in loose curls that fell down past her shoulders.
Amy topped off the look with a long silver chain and love heart pendant.
Amy posted the throwback pic to update her fans on "the progress I made when following Muscle Food’s' plan".
She wrote on the Instagram post: "I’m so proud that I’ve been able to keep the 3 stone I lost off and still feel healthier and fitter than I did this time last year!!!!
"Now Muscle Food have literally helped so so many people get incredible results not just me!!
"It’s honestly so so good! and is just an easy way to control your calories and eat healthier!"
Her fans rushed to praise the Celebs Go Dating star, telling her she looked "amazing".

Amy, who starred Gogglebox from 2013 to 2018 opened up during an appearance on Lorraine about how she was cruelly trolled over her looks when she was just 13.
She spoke about all the efforts she went through to shed the pounds, which included going to the gym and changing her lifestyle habits.
Amy also spoke about how the nasty comments from people online affected her confidence when she was a teen.

She said: "When I was younger - I was 13 when I first started filming - I cared a lot about what people thought. I used to search my own name on Twitter.
"But people don't tag you in the them. When I was younger, they used to say horrible things. I don't understand it.
"As I got older, I realised they don't know me. People see me and they think I sit on the coach watching telly, eating crisps, when in reality that's not how I live my life."
