David Beckham defended by fans after he’s cruelly trolled for kissing daughter Harper, 9, on the lips

DAVID Beckham has been defended by fans after kissing his daughter Harper, nine, on the lips.

The A-list family shared what they’d been up to at an organic farm in Gloucestershire with their Instagram followers.

David, 45, looked the picture of country chic for the outing in a brown long-sleeved shirt, corduroy trousers and baker boy cap.

In one snap the football legend gave Harper a kiss on the lips as they posed for a sweet photo with the autumnal wreaths they’d made.

However, some followers took issue with the picture and slammed the star.

One wrote: "Adore your family, but never understood those parents' kisses on the lips. Still the best family."

Another asked: "Why is he kissing her on her lips?"

A third remarked: "Please stop kissing kids on the lips!!!!"

However, other fans rushed to defend David who praised him for showing such affection, with one saying: "They don’t understand that by highlighting their thoughts on how weird this is, they are highlighting their perverted minds. Who looks at this and sees anything other than love!"

Another added: ";Beautiful so much love its nice to see a dad and his girl xx."

A third said: "He's her dad. I still kiss my kids on the lips, because they're my kids and I love them. Looks well when u cant be loving to your own kids….that you made!"

Taking time out from her hectic fashion design business and ignoring the drama, David’s wife Victoria documented all the activities the family had been enjoying while at the farm. 

The family got stuck into farm life by picking kale, fresh salad, apples and lots of other healthy treats.

Getting further in the autumnal and harvest time spirit, David and Harper got creative making floral bouquets and wreaths to go up in their Cotswolds home.

Enjoying her day out with the parents, Harper, nine, looked adorable as she donned a white jumper with denim jeans and black trainers. 

Seemingly having a great time, Harper beamed as she picked the vegetables with her dad and grinned as she showed off the bouquet of flowers she had made. 

Clearly proud of his daughter, David shared a photo of her little girl with her bouquet writing across the sweet snap: “End product. My clever little florest [sic].”

David and Victoria often share sweet photos and videos of their youngest child Harper with their Instagram followers. 

Earlier this month the couple got treated to an adorable surprise of breakfast in bed. 

Victoria posted a picture of the breakfast and the note that came with it saying: "We love you so much Harper Seven."

The youngster had knocked up a breakfast of fruit and a toasted egg sandwich decorated with tomato ketchup love-hearts.

The smart and popped the whole thing on a tray with a glass of water with 'Love' written on the side.

It came with a note that read: "Dear Mummy and Daddy, I hope you sleeped well and I hope you both like your breakfast.

"I love you so so so much. Happy Sunday."
