The Apprentice’s Ryan-Mark Parsons looks completely different after three stone weight loss in just three months
THE Apprentice's Ryan-Mark Parsons has unveiled a new look after dropping three stone following a drastic diet.
Ryan-Mark, 20, who rose to fame on the BBC show and became known for using a knife and fork at McDonald's decided to lose weight after seeing his 'hideous double-chin' on the show.
He completely overhauled his diet and in just three months went from 15st to "close to 12st".
In an exclusive chat with The Sun Online, Ryan-Mark opened up about how online trolls pushed him to doing something about his weight.
"I was determined to lose weight after seeing myself on The Apprentice," he explained.
"The double-chin whilst screaming on the rollercoaster during one of the episodes—simply hideous."
Not one to take short cuts, he has cut out all carbs - including his beloved McDonald's - and credited this drastic move as the "key to my weight loss".
But for the first time in his life, online bullying affected him negatively despite having received "death threats, insults and a manner of vicious attacks" for his TV work and weekly newspaper column.
"However, when I saw tweets about my weight and even looking at my figure on TV, I thought I really have to make a change," Ryan-Mark explained.
"I would say the trolls inspired me as opposed to forced me to lose weight."
The reality star has no regrets about undergoing such a strict diet because he feels "physically and mentally, so much better".
Ryan-Mark added: "I feel more agile and flexible, running is a lot easier now and less embarrassing. I feel much happier too; eating unhealthily really impacts your mood and that feeling of regret after a pizza or cookies is a feeling I never want to return to."
He also wanted to tell his fans about his weight loss in the hope it "will inspire some of my social media followers to do the same".
The budding businessman became the eighth person to be booted off the 2019 series of The Apprentice on November 20.
Before appearing on the show, he worked selling luxury women's lingerie at Harrods, but now he revealed his career is going from strength to strength.
"I started my new weekly newspaper column over a month ago now, which is doing really well," he boasted.
"I’ve also recently filmed a new TV show for BBC which should be airing next year. Really exciting to film and a part of my life cameras have never seen before."
His life completely changed after The Apprentice, thrusting the teen business sensation into the spotlight.
"It’s been a whirlwind," he explained.
"A month after The Apprentice aired, I was on live TV debating with Susanna Reid; red carpets at the National Television Awards; offers for more TV work and a whole host of exciting showbiz opportunities that wouldn’t have happened without the show."
On top of developing his career, the "born and bread" Londoner is also looking for love.
The single star has been busy swiping right on 'celebrity dating app', Raya.

He has even spotted "very familiar faces" from the world of showbiz on the exclusive app which gave him the idea for another reality TV opportunity.
"If Celebs Go Dating offered me a chance to go on the show to find love: [I would say] 100% yes," Ryan-Mark revealed.
