But the pandemic and a lockdown in the North East have forced her to close it for the “foreseeable future”.

Jade has vowed not to let the latest setback stop her — and says she plans to reopen soon.

In a statement, the bar, in Jade’s home town of South Shields, said it was experiencing “tough times”.

It went on: “It is with a heavy heart that today we announce Arbeia will be closing until further notice.

“We have tried our best but unfortunately it is no longer possible for us to keep our doors open.

“This isn’t goodbye forever, we will be back (with a bang) the way we do best, but we are unable to confirm when this will be.

“We want to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, staff, people who share, like and comment on our posts — your support has been incredible. We will see you soon, until then stay safe and support local.”

It comes after tonight’s live episode of the band’s hit BBC show The Search was postponed after members of the crew tested positive.

Six new bands were due to compete for a place on Little Mix’s 2021 tour, following weeks of pre-recorded audition episodes.

Little Mix were not among those who tested positive.
