WHILE the cast of Geordie Shore appear to be having a blast in Spain, production of the hit reality TV show has once again been thrown into jeopardy.
After hopping from Magaluf to Ibiza following filming restrictions placed by tourism bosses, Ibiza have now declared the show to be “at odds” with its image.
Producers have been told that just like Magaluf, they are forbidden from filming in public on the island.
They previously got around this by limiting filming to inside nightclubs.
However they have reportedly found themselves threatened with legal action by LYT Nightclub in Ibiza for filming in their venue without permission.
The club has been a pioneering supporter of a campaign to have shows such as Geordie Shore banned from being produced on the island and tarnishing its name.
Party island Ibiza decided to take action following the publication of pictures showing the cast including Gaz Beadle, 28, Chloe Ferry, 21, and Marnie Simpson, 23, hitting the clubs.

Town hall big wigs in San Antonio issued a sternly written press release.
It read: "San Antonio town hall regrets the non-authorised filming of a reality TV show in the municipality.
"It wants to express its unease at the filming of Geordie Shore despite the show’s producer not having the municipal licences to do so.
"The image these type of programmes project does not correspond with the qualities San Antonio wants to transmit as a tourist destination.
"The town hall as well as the local business associations consulted have expressed their rejection to these type of programmes.
"The town hall hasn't any evidence filming has taken place on public streets and it would find it terrible that any local business owners had decided to allow filming for their own benefit and against the image of quality which we and Ibiza as a whole wishes to project."
It echoed the words of the Calvià Town Hall in Majorca.
They said: “Due to the reports in various media releases in the British press regarding the filming in Magaluf of the series Geordie Shore, the Calvià Town Hall wishes to clarify that the filming permission requested by the film producer was refused and consequently has not been granted the corresponding permissions to film in the municipality of Calvià.”
There police were also sent out into the streets to enforce the order.
A source said: “Police were out in force as they do not have a permit to film in Magaluf. Police stood watching for any filming that may have taken place in the street.”
