Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan start work on their HUGE dream home after knocking down £1.3m Essex house
MARK Wright and Michelle Keegan are a step closer to building their dream Essex home.
They have started work on their HUGE new house after knocking down their £1.3m Essex mansion.
The presenter and actress, both 33, are building their dream home after they put their other five bed Essex pad up for sale.
The latest photos show the ground being laid in preparation for the home's foundation.
The pics reveal the construction work is well underway on the huge project, with a digger on site and skips dotted around the land.
The ex-reality star purchased the property in October last year before demolishing the farmhouse standing on it in July.
Mark was recently spotted on the site of their new dream pad.
Mark and Michelle submitted plans in February to replace it with a vast Georgian-style home.
The architect drawings reveal the house will feature a ground floor bar, gym, TV room, study, outdoor swimming pool – and of course the playroom for any future offspring.
Mark's dad Mark Wright Snr has begged him and his wife to "make him a grandad".
The ex Towie star's dad made his feelings known on Instagram, beneath a photo of Mark craddling Michelle's newborn baby nephew.
The Towie star looked happily at the sleeping baby perched in his arms and posted more than one photo on his grid.
