CHARLOTTE Crosby has revealed she binges on burgers, cake, Chinese takeaways and MacDonald's meals and still manages to lose weight.
The former Geordie Shore star has two and a half stone in recent months by overhauling her diet, but admits she indulges her love of junk food.
Charlotte, 26, has remodelled herself as a health and fitness guru, but she has told The Sun Online exclusively that she refuses to cut out her favourite treats.
She still enjoys McDonald's meals and Chinese takeaways, and has told us all about the tricks she uses to make sure her junk food habit doesn't pile on the pounds.
When asked whether she still allows herself treats, Charlotte said: "Of course you've got to be human... You have a healthy balance of everything.
"You allow yourself to have treats - you allow yourself to have cheats - you allow yourself to eat bad... Have a cake now again - you can do that and still look and feel great... I do have burgers now and then..."
She went on to confess her favourite indulgences, revealing junk food is top of her list.
Charlotte added: "I have one treat during the week - burgers, cake McDonald's, Chinese...
"I'll eat good, I'll exercise and then I'll have fun. I'll let my hair day once a week, I'm not massively strict I don't believe in it."
Charlotte has also refused to give up alcohol as part of her diet, and instead prepares for a big night out by eating well and hitting the gym.
She explained: "If you know that you're going out on a heavy night out on the drink... You kind of limit what you eat during the day - still eat a load of food, but you be careful about what you're eating.
"Make sure you don't overload on bread or pasta - have a bit of have everything in balance in moderation.
"You plan for that night and you work around it - the next day you have a big session at the gym - or you do a extra work out during the day before the night out."
She insisted there is nothing wrong with having a fried breakfast after boozy nights out.
Charlotte added: "A fried breakfast isn't going to out a stone on you - it's hardly going to put a pound on you if you have worked hard during the week...
"If you've got two big nights out during the week and you have two fry-ups during the week and you eat healthy for the rest of the week, it won't have a single effect on your body."
