GEMMA Collins has offered her fans a chance to win a four-bedroom house on millionaire's row.

The 39-year-old reality star is giving one lucky follower the opportunity to win the luxurious Painter’s Keep property in East Preston, West Sussex - for just £2!

Proceeds of the raffle will go to support two local hospices, Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas House.

The four-bedroom pad is situated on the South Coast's millionaire’s row and looks ideal for escaping busy London life and enjoying seaside walks. 

As well as a modern kitchen, the home also boasts panoramic views from the fourth floor “observatory” and private beach access within a gated community.

"To make this prize even more special, they’ve announced that 10% of proceeds will be donated to local hospice, St Barnabas House and Chestnut Tree House."

Gemma is no stranger to lavish homes, having previously revealed her plans to build her own gem-encrusted mansion.

The former Towie star lifted the lid on what she has in store for her new pad in Essex last month.

She told fans on The Gemma Collins podcast: "I'm so excited to finally have my own address.

"So you know it is going to be quite a big project for me, I'm planning to build on the land behind so it really is going to be something where I'm going to have to ask 'do I want tennis courts?'
