Brooklyn Beckham admits nerves as he lands yet another high-profile job photographing ‘kind’ Sir David Attenborough
BROOKLYN Beckham has heaped praise on “kind” Sir David Attenborough as he revealed yet another high-profile photography job.
The 21-year-old, who is oldest child of Victoria and David Beckham, admitted that he was overcome with nerves when asked to snap the British legend for WWF.
Taking to his Instagram page this evening, Brooklyn shared a series of photos he’d taken of 94-year-old David during a trip overseas.
The star expressed his gratitude in the post’s caption, acknowledging how “lucky” he was to have been given such an incredible opportunity.
He wrote: “I am excited to share these photos at last.
“I was so lucky to be invited by @wwf_uk to join @davidattenborough as he filmed scenes for his new film A Life on Our Planet a while ago.
“Can’t believe I got to photograph him. I was really nervous but he was so relaxed and kind to me a true gentleman.
“He just loved that we were all there and wants young people to learn more about the planet so we can do what we can to save it.
“Will never forget this trip. Thank you so much Sir David can’t wait to watch the film ❤️”.
His fiancée Nicola Peltz shared her pride on her own social media page, sharing his post to her Instagram Story and writing: “One of the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen.
“I’m so proud of you Brooklyn.”
This is one of several high-profile jobs Brooklyn has enjoyed this year, last month working with US star Cody Simpson.
He also filmed his dad’s sunglasses advert at the start of the year, unveiling the finished product in July.
Last year, Brooklyn worked alongside renowned photographer Rankin in his West London studio as he tried to learn the tricks of the trade in a internship.
Brooklyn has also shot a campaign for Burberry and photographed Game of Thrones’ star Sophie Turner – as well as his model ex-girlfriend, Hana Cross.
In addition, he directed a music video as he teamed up with the bands Jaws after “falling in love” with their song End of the World at a gig.
In 2018, Brooklyn dropped out of New York’s Parsons School of Design after suffering from homesickness.
