Moore announced she and Goldsmith are pregnant with their second baby together on June 3, 2022.
Who is Taylor Goldsmith?
Taylor Goldsmith is the lead vocalist, guitarist, and chief songwriter in the band The Dawes.
He was born and raised in Southern in a musical family and his father, Lenny Goldsmith, was the lead singer of the R&B band Tower Of Power.
Goldsmith attended High School, where he formed a punk rock band with one of his friends.

He later went on to form the indie band The Dawes and has written numerous songs about his wife, Mandy Moore.
He penned Dawes' track Never Gonna Say Goodbye while he was on tour in Detroit, and initially, he didn't want to share the track, wanting only Moore to hear it.
“That is the most sacred, private world that I would never dream of wanting any access to. So for me, I was like, ‘Man, this is a very vulnerable moment for me, to say 'I love you and I miss you,'" he told the in 2018.
"It was just a quick thing and I didn’t really want everyone to be eavesdropping, you know?"

Goldsmith and Moore got married in 2018 after meeting on .
Moore was an avid fan of Goldsmith's band and posted a picture of one of Goldsmith’s band's albums to her Instagram page, writing, "Real excited about this one. Have a feeling it’s going to be the soundtrack of my summer."
Goldsmith messaged Moore after seeing the picture, and Moore told in 2017, "I took a picture of their album and posted it on Instagram. Somehow, Taylor saw it and sent a note to me.
"We started emailing back and forth, then we went on a date and the rest is history. Thanks Instagram, for helping me meet my fiancé!"
The couple got engaged in September 2017 and were married a year later in an intimate backyard wedding at Moore’s home with about 50 friends and family members.

Moore and Goldsmith welcomed their first son, a boy named August Harrison, in February 2021.

"One incredibly seminal chapter of my life just ended and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to start… and are we ever so deeply grateful and excited," Moore wrote.
"Baby Boy Goldsmith #2 coming this fall! than I expected but I can’t wait and Gus is gonna be the BEST big brother!! Xo."

What is Taylor Goldsmith's band?
Goldsmith is the lead vocalist and guitarist in the band The Dawes alongside his younger brother, Griffin, who plays the drums, Wylie Gelber on bass, and Lee Pardini playing keyboards.
The band went on tour with Bob Dylan, one of Goldsmith's biggest inspirations in 2013 and Moore has been featured in the band's music video for Roll With the Punches.
