DAVID Eason's ex girlfriend Olivia Leedham sizzles in these sexy snaps which she hopes will win her a Maxim cover girl shoot and "provide a life with so many opportunities for my children and myself."

David, who is now married to Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans, dated Olivia in the early 2010's and the pair welcomed one son together, Kaden.
