LUCY Mecklenburgh and fiance Ryan Thomas have certainly been hitting the gym as they showed off their incredible figures during a family holiday.
The former Towie star looked sensational as she posed in their hotel room, while Ryan shared a flattering snap of himself in a towel.
The couple are currently living it up on holiday with their baby son Roman.
Keen to document the family break, Lucy, 29, shared a shot of himself in a yellow bikini ahead of a day in the sunshine.
The reality star - who gave birth to Roman just five months ago - sizzled in the swimwear snap as her brunette locks were scraped into a low ponytail.
Meanwhile, Ryan flexed his muscles for a selfie shot in the mirror.
The 36-year-old appeared fresh from the shower as he flaunted his incredible six pack.
Prior to the getaway, Ryan lost an impressive one stone in six weeks with the help of Lucy's workout plan.
The new mum is known for her successful fitness programme Results With Lucy, which she credited for helping her snap back to her pre-baby body.
Sharing her other half's achievement last month, Lucy spoke to the camera while the former actor performed dumbell push-ups and bench presses.
She joked at first: ";Have you stolen my PT?"
Before adding: "This is how he has lost a stone in 6 weeks he's been working really hard" while Ryan remained focused on his workout.
Earlier this week, The Sun revealed Lucy was the latest big name to snub the upcoming Towie reunion.
After giving birth to son Roman in March, Lucy couldn’t find the time to appear.

A show source said: “Lucy loves the show and has a real soft spot for it but unfortunately she’s too busy to fit in filming for the reunion.
“She has so much going on at the moment. Between being a new parent and her business, there is barely any time she could put aside to be on the show.
“She tried to make it work but when everything was taken into account, something had to give. It’s sad but not really surprising.”
So far, Amy Childs, Billie Faiers, Jessica Wright and Joey Essex have all agreed to return for the special episodes.
