The Wanted star Max George shares a loving goodbye kiss with girlfriend Carrie Baker as he jets out of Los Angeles
Pop star made a rare appearance as he headed back to the UK
MAX George has been keeping a very low profile since The Wanted announced they were going on a break in 2014.
But it seems the singer is ready to return home from his stint living in Los Angeles after he was pictured making his way through LAX airport with his beauty queen girlfriend Carrie Baker on Wednesday.
Having moved to Stateside to pursue his acting career and work on solo music, the 27-year-old singer has rarely been seen until his public displays of affection with brunette beauty Carrie.
Max – who was previously engaged to Michelle Keegan – looked delighted to get such a loving farewell from his partner of over a year.
The pair kept things casual in matching black outfits, with Carrie giving a glimpse of her flat stomach in a crop top and low slung jeans.
Carrie revealed she was sad to be without her boyfriend on her Twitter account as she told fans: "My love is leaving in 3 days for 6 WEEKS!!!!"
She then added: "Today is the day... Counting down the hours like," along with a heartbreak emoji.
Max and Carrie kept their shades on as they shared their good bye smooch and Max alerted fans on his safe arrival on Instagram hours later.
Sharing a black and white snap of himself pulling along his luggage, he simple wrote: "U.K. Time."

The Sun revealed in October 2014 that the Manchester-born star had found love with the Miss Oklahoma contestant and the relationship appears to be going from strength to strength.
A source confirmed: "Max is pinching himself daily. Not only has he quickly made a name for himself in LA but he gets to come home to one of America's most beautiful women."
Since moving to America, the aspiring actor had appeared on hit shows such as Glee and has been spending lots of time in the studio.
Recent reports claim that he has enlisted the help of chart-topper Jason Derulo to help make his solo album a success.
